On August 11th 2009 a man living west of San Antonio in Texas heard a “loud awful scream” and saw a large flock of birds flushed out of trees as “a giant creature swooped out of the sky and just as quickly flew back up into the rocks.” The witness continues: “It looked nothing like a bird. I was about 50 yards from it and would say conservatively that its wing span was 15 ft. or so! It was dark coloured and had a very long beak and a strange long thin tail. This sounds crazy, but it actually resembled one of those flying dinosaurs though the head was not as large and it looked like it had feathers.” Meanwhile, in Arkansas a group who went camping near an abandoned Amish community say they saw a large flying creature fly ‘like a large worm or snake’ that wrapped itself around a tree.
