I'm going to say its just a large feline. I've seen domesticated cats of both genders that are as large as medium bobcats, and many of these were 'deformed', meaning they're bodies were misshapen; necks, tails, heads, ears, legs, paws, back and eyes that were odd sizes for the animal. As for the large teeth, I have a house cat (average size) that has very large incisor teeth. In my unprofessional opinion is a run-of-the-mill house cat.

With the elongated neck, larger fore-limbs and huge teeth, I think it resembles a hyena more than a feline. Could the remnants of wings be bristles on its shoulders?
