Ghostly gents

The 800-year-old Swan Inn in Burnley, Lancashire, has also been experiencing some strange goings-on of late. Although landlord Craig Smith has never seen a ghost, cleaners have reported several times that they have seen figures entering the men’s toilets, although, upon investigation, no one is found. A previous landlord called in a priest to exorcise the St James Street premises, which during its long history has been a farmhouse, a temporary court room and a morgue.
